Sewing is a kind of relaxation for me, where you get a result in the End. Isn't that wonderful?
Nur können meine Kinder natürlich nicht unbedingt von den gleichen Dingen unzählige Exemplare (in derselben Größe) gebrauchen und darum freue ich mich, wenn Freunde etwas für ihre Kinder von mir genäht haben möchten.
Of course my kids can't really wear too many things of the same patterns in the same sizes, that's why I'm happy when friends ask me to sew something for their kids.
So ist es in diesem Fall gewesen. Eine Freundin aus dem hohen Norden Deutschlands hat sich eine Tunika für ihre Tochter gewünscht. Hier ist sie und ich hoffe sie gefällt Mutter und Tochter (den Vater natürlich nicht zu vergessen, T'schuldige T.!!).
"Trage es mit Gesundheit!" sagt meine Oma immer, wenn sie etwas neues für uns genäht oder gestrickt hat und dieses wünsche ich Dir auch, liebe Nike!
In this case it was like this. A friend from the very north of Germany wanted a tunic for her daughter. Here it is and I hope Mother and daughter like it (not to forget the father of course, Sorry T.!)
"Wear it with health!" my grandmother always says when she sewed or knitted something new for us and that I say to you as well, dear Nike!
