Diese Woche war nicht meine beste... am Montag stand ich mit zwei Kindern und vollgepacktem Einkaufswagen an der Supermarktkasse und wollte die Einkäufe mit meiner EC Karte bezahlen. Leider war die Karte nicht mehr da, ich habe sie wohl am Freitag letzter Woche an dem Parkautomat am Flughafen stecken lassen. Bisher weiß ich noch nicht, ob jemand etwas mit dieser Karte bezahlt hat, ich hoffe mal, daß ich Glück hatte. Somit konnte ich ohne Einkäufe durch den Schneesturm nachhause fahren und dann direkt wieder zurück (wieder durch Schneegestöber) um die Einkäufe mitzunehmen.
This week hasn't been one of my best... on Monday I was standing with two kids at the supermaket cash desk and wanted to pay my errands with the cash card. Unfortunately my card hasn't been there anymore, I must have left it at the parking "Pay and Display Machine" at the airport, I hope that I was lucky and nobody else used it to pay. So I had to drive home without errands (having no cash at hand) through the snow storm to return immediately (again through the snow storm) to pick up the errands.
Am Dienstag habe ich einen Schneehaufen gerammt, der aber leider einen Findling unter sich versteckt hatte, tja und damit habe ich dann die Stoßstange samt Kühler und einigen Kleinteilen demoliert, eine teure Angelegenheit, das kann ich Euch sagen.
Unsere Nachbarin meinte nur, daß einem immer drei Dinge passieren - na herzlichen Dank!
Tuesday I was driving into a snow pile which was covering an erratic block underneath, well and with it I was wracking our bumper and radiator, an expensive mistake, I can tell you.
Our neighbour just said that always three things happen to one - well thank's a lot!
