When my friend V. and I got home after school - we lived in the same street - it often happened that we had lunch at the others home. V. mom made a very delicious cherry casserole and when ever it was served I ate at hers.
Now we both have kids ourselves (5 alll in all) and a short time ago we made this casserole again. The kids like it a lot and so do we. Unfortunately we don't live in the same street anymore but still the taste oft this lunch is letting me be 10 years again and seeing myself sitting with her at the table.
